Today, January 22nd, we mark a paramount date in the history of our statehood — the Unity Day of Ukraine. On this day in 1919, the Unification Act (Akt Zluky) was proclaimed, symbolizing the age-old aspiration of our people to live in a free, united, and independent state.
For us in the agricultural sector, the word "unity" holds profound meaning. It represents the harmony of Ukrainian black soils stretching across the entire country. It is the collective effort of millions who take to the fields every day to provide the nation with bread. It is the unbreakable bond between those who grow sunflowers in the south, wheat in the center, and harvest sweet blueberries in the north.
Today, unity is our primary strength.
